Nancy Lockwood, Principal
For the past 20 years, Nancy’s experience in the fields of public relations, advertising and journalism has allowed her to help clients craft the perfect message. She oversees every project from infancy to completion. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from San Jose State University and, before entering the world of public relations and advertising, was a professional journalist for eight years. She has served as chairman of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Visalia Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors of the Visalia YMCA.

Laura Florez, Media Relations Specialist
Writing can be a chore for some people, but not Laura. She’s our primary agency copywriter. She pounds away on her keyboard daily marrying nouns and verbs and sprinkling in zest every now and then to ensure that our newsletters, web sites, ads, media kits and press releases are not only informative, but well read. She has a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from California State University, Chico and a masters degree in mass communication from California State University, Fresno. She worked for nearly seven years in daily journalism and dabbled in professional photography before entering the field of public relations.

Jocie Salveson, Designer
There aren’t many places where Jocie Salveson couldn’t survive, but a world without color is one. Salveson indulges in her love of color and creativity in her design work, which encompasses everything from brand to corporate identity systems to promotional pieces to packaging and environmental graphic design. Jocie has a bachelor of fine arts degree in art, with an emphasis in graphic design from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, MN.

Becky Kelch, Marketing/Public Relations
After 20 years in marketing, public relations and event management, Becky’s developed a seventh sense — giving our clients what they need, before they even know they need it. These days you’re sure to find Becky on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, as she refines our best practices for client outreach via social networking. She has a bachelor’s degree in radio/television broadcasting from California State University, Fresno and has worked for years in news and advertising in regional radio. She is a member of the Visalia Education Foundation Board and the Visalia Rotary Club. Green Acres Little Theatre Foundation Board.

Jill Kohlmoos, Web designer
There isn’t a web page that Jill Kohlmoos can’t improve. With more than 12 years of experience in web design, Kohlmoos can decipher every aspect of html and has been known to punish boring and useless web pages with her web foo. In addition, she provides support to design staff members. Kohlmoos has a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University.  

Janice Eastburn, Project Manager
Janice Eastburn is master and keeper of all projects at The Lockwood Agency. She is responsible for organizing and scheduling all projects to ensure their timely and on-budget completion. With 33 years of experience in the printing industry, including ad layout and design, editing and pre-press production management, she is also a spring of knowledge when it comes to ad buying and placement. She fights the good fight, making sure clients get the best possible rate.
